We currently have a world-class Catering Management Platform with multiple revenue streams and a global reach. Following our relocation to Zug, Switzerland, alongside our global team in Slovenia and New Zealand, we are seeking a full-time Marketing and Social Media Manager to drive continued growth before we unveil an extraordinary second Platform.

We are seeking a highly capable Marketing and Social Media Manager with expertise in marketing diverse revenue lines and driving SaaS revenue growth. Your objective is to increase Brand awareness and ensure effective marketing resources are utilised to identify, capitalise and drive measurable growth and ROI, thereby contributing to sustained business success.



  • Formulate and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote various the company’s value propositions to existing and new revenue lines within the organisation.
  • Create relevant and compelling content and manage various marketing approaches to promoting these including SEO, Social Ads, Email Campaigns, Surveys, Automation tools, Website, etc.
  • Understand and measure SaaS marketing Metrics/KPIs including CLV, CAC, Activations and Churn, NPS, MSR of various campaigns, and lead velocity rates.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of SaaS business models to drive growth in both subscription and transaction revenue streams, particularly to the majority market.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Allocate marketing resources efficiently to maximise ROI, while optimising spend based on performance and strategic priorities.

Campaign Management: 

  • Take ownership of full marketing campaigns, from conceptualisation to execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Clarify market research and internal data to understand industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective and cohesive campaign delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Design, Sales, Product and Customer Success Teams to identify and capitalise on opportunities for expanding SaaS revenues.
  • Use KPIs for marketing initiatives and regularly monitor for campaign performance.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints and align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles designing full campaigns with a focus on SaaS and diverse revenue streams.
  • Strong understanding of subscription and transaction revenue models.
  • Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills.
  • Experience using data to monitor and refine campaign performance, optimising ROI
  • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
