Are you a People and Culture Manager looking for a truly global role?

We are searching a HR Manager to support talent management and acquisition in our organization, as well as general HR functions of staff located globally. We see this position working 25-34 hours per week, corresponding to 60-80% employment; it may suit someone returning to work. Responsibilities include refining recruitment and onboarding practices, collaborating with team leads for position requirements, and contributing to a positive workplace culture in regions like Switzerland, Slovenia, and New Zealand. The role extends to employee relations, salary variations, benefit enrolment, and administrative tasks to ensure HR efficiency and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities:

Talent Management and Acquisition:

  • Use evidence and data to identify people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs.
  • Identify recruitment strategies and manage the full talent acquisition pipeline.
  • Handle offer management, including confirming the top candidate, drafting employment agreements, and managing the offer process.

Culture Building and Onboarding:

  • Coach managers and leaders to promote and embody the company’s values and people strategy.
  • Bring people expertise and develop solutions to help the business area deliver its strategy, fostering a connected work environment and cultivating a positive culture.
  • Oversee all HR activities specific to regions (Switzerland, Slovenia, and New Zealand).
  • Manage the comprehensive onboarding process.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a local point of people expertise for teams implementing people approaches, and provide mentoring and feedback to key stakeholders to enhance business efficiency.
  • Check in on staff aspirations for growth and development within the company and plan and conduct professional development training.

Administration:

  • Ensure HR policies remain up-to-date and in line with best practices and regulation changes.
  • Maintain HR personnel files and ensure data compliance with privacy regulations
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with recruitment strategies, including collaborating on defining position requirements and updating job descriptions.
  • Experience conducting and coordinating interviews, both phone and in-person, and managing candidate assessment processes.
  • Proficiency in HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining personnel files and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritizing to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to collaborate with team leads, fostering positive employee relations and engagement.
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
  • Solutions-focused mindset, capable of logically solving HR-related problems and presenting recommendations.
