Our policy statement

We protect the privacy of the information about clients and their own valued clients.

Technology

The heart of our product and service is our technology. On a more technical level, Private Flight’s technology combines multiple partner sites into one code base. Our platform is built using the very latest advances in Microsoft technologies, utilising .NET Core and backed by a high availability SQL database cluster. The core architecture has been custom built from the ground up in order to meet the exacting specifications and requirements involved in an enormous supply chain and a complex multinational environment.

Our hosting and delivery infrastructure has been designed with the highest level of security and redundancy in mind. This is complemented by our close partnership with Azure. We also utilize Content Delivery Network (CDNs) to serve content from the closest server to you via Cloudflair 250,000 servers worldwide, delivering a faster and smoother experience.

Security

Access to our platform over the web is secured by SSL (HTTPS) ensuring all data on the platform is encrypted. Basically, your data has the same level of encryption and security that is utilised across the banking industry.

Our hosting infrastructure is located within AWS, enterprise grade hosting facilities. Access is strictly restricted to authorised personnel by a combination of biometric systems and onsite security guards.

User Access

Other than authorised Private Flight personnel (for purposes of monitoring and support) no one has access to your account unless you have invited them. They will also be set with a level of user permission selected by you. Users can be removed at any time. All users are subjected to an automatic logging system which records every transaction and change made so that there is complete transparency in order for managers to review their user’s activity.

User Passwords

Users must choose a strong password. Repeated password failures will result in automatically locked accounts. Should you leave your computer unattended for an extended period, you will be automatically logged out of our system.

Data Protection

Our system has been designed for high user availability, with redundancy built into every level of our hosting infrastructure, including redundant power, network, database and web servers. All customer data is backed up daily. In addition, we also run a continuous off site data back-up service into a second AWS facility for further real-time data protection.
